Refund policy

Refund
We offer a 100% refund for non-delivery of orders, subject to verification. To claim a refund, email support@badhaaiya.in with your Order ID.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only and do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that you simply change your mind about.

For damaged/broken products:
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange for any damaged or broken bangles. If an unboxing video is not provided, an exchange processing fee of ₹149 will apply.

For size-related exchanges:
If you have ordered the wrong size or need a different size, please email us at support@badhaaiya.in with your Order ID and exchange request.

All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
